Practical and applicable......
Alliance Power and Data staff completed Edge Telephone Mastery training
in response to feedback from clients and staff on improving our
telephone technique and customer service to clients. The feedback
we have received from the staff was that the course was practical
and applicable to their work. Ava met with me several times before
we did the training to customise the training to meet our needs
and to understand the business and find out exactly what we required.
