Hi, I’m Ava Lucanus, the proud owner of Perth’s leading customer service training business, Edge Communication.
For more than 30 years, I’ve been working in the customer service industry. Today, through my business, I am able to provide expert advice to businesses who strive to improve their customer service levels.
I’m passionate about good customer service and improving everyone’s oral communication skills, especially those interacting with customers.
My career began with teaching receptionists how to use the functions of their phone systems effectively. Since then, I’ve expanded the business to now offer training and coaching workshops for all staff who regularly deal with customers.
I deliver all my workshops personally, in a fun and interactive manner. Every workshop I present, delivers results to your business – I guarantee it. I’m pleased to report that I’ve been described by my past participants as being “professional”, “expert”, and a “genuinely nice person.”
I keep up to date with industry trends and write my own newsletter, giving small businesses tips on how to improve their customer service standards. I am a regular comunist for WA Business News, sharing my tips and tricks in how to engage your customers more effectively and attract more business. I am actively involved in the business community and am the current President of the BNI Fremantle Chapter – a business networking group.
